I have been RBC client for 16 years, this is probably the best branch! I have a wire transfer incoming and confused to account last Friday so I came back to talk with clients care rep Daisy, she talked with her manager and solved the problem right away in 2-3 minutes, very efficient!

Terrible service, one of the worst Canadian banks I've used, and that is saying something. And its not too easy to get a negative review from me.
RBC don't care anyways because the same person are doing the same exact thing instead of improving their services. They just being more rude and unhelpful to clients!
