I received the worst customer service from Daisy, she should be fired. I came in requesting a bank draft in order to pay first and last month’s rent for a condo I recently got approved for. Because I e-transfered my money to my RBC account that same day she said I could not get a bank draft, nor a wire transfer, and that she could not help me because my funds were only accessible “electronically”. Mahir is a teller and is absolutely excellent. - patient - empathetic - thorough - competent We've been dealing with an issue with RBC for awhile and he took the time in order to do a detailed complaint for us. RBC policies we're upset with, the staff has been great. I have commercial mortgages with RBC and he gave my wife the same care and attention as I'd of received and that's quality service. RBC has gone down hill I cannot believe the service terrible a simple new credit card order has been so difficult and caused me nothing but frustration da to see. Would not recommend RBC credit card to anyone.
Their Avion rewards flights are marked up, in addition, it is always near impossible to book flights due to technical problems so you will waste much of your time simply trying to use your points to no avail. They cancelled my uncles flights purchased w points without any recourse. You must pay to lend them your money (banking fees).
