I only went for one thing, to get $25 roll of loonies. I asked the lady today. Middle age short hair. Took her awhile to just make the transaction which normally takes about 5-10mins. Seems like she’s looking at my account which is a big privacy concern. I looked at her again and she got up and went to get the money. I took the cash went put it in my pocket until I realize when I got home and have to start laundry that she only gave me $10, 0.25cents roll. I’m going to the bank tomorrow to complain.
If I could put 0 I would, worst RBC location, waited 1 hr in line and nobody of workers even acknowledged that..only 2 tellers working and taking 1 hr to for each person..unreal Will try my best to never come to this branch again
