Amazing teller! Young man with long hair, didn't get his name. Very friendly and helpful. I recently switched over to RBC and I am very pleased with the service and great staff like that make it that much better!
Very disappointing customer service. I’ve dealt with the same employee at the front desk several times. She is tall, fair-skinned, with long hair. She has consistently been rude, impatient, and disrespectful, often speaking to customers with an attitude and in a loud voice. Today, she did not help me and kept going around in circles instead of giving me a clear answer. Very disappointing experience.
Really grateful to my advisor, Moji, for always being helpful and providing great advice. He’s very informative and reliable, and one of the main reasons I’ve stayed with RBC. 10/10 experience!
