This is the closest bank to my.place of work so unfortunately I have to deal with them. Im currently shopping for a new bank. Avoid rbc at all costs.
Last 3 times I have been in this location the Staff has been unhelpful, unpleasant and make you feel like your asking for a favour. Will continue to do my best to go to an alternative location.
The door should be locked at night, accessible to card holders only. Homeless guy was sleeping under one of the ATM terminals.
