RUDE!!! Some blonde female don't remember her name. Is the reason I avoid that bank. Damn and 2 years later I cant even get a replacement bank card without them treating me like a criminal like I am.lieing they make up rules. Then I have to call the 1800 number and go to a different branch just to take money put my own account. This branch seriously they smile in ur face but there aimthing about the energy at this location.
Just wanted to share my experience with Adel. He went above and beyond to help my parents. Superb service he is such a kind man, he literally went above and beyond. If you have a need for any financial planning I suggest going to Adel he will treat you like family and do the best he can.
Adel was excellent. Highly recommend.
On Saturday I had to pull into the parking lot as my grandson was carsick. An employee ( sorry, I did not get his name) saw that my grandson was sick and came outside with a glass of water and to make sure he was ok. Thank you for taking the time and care to do this.
