RUDE!!! Some blonde female don't remember her name. Is the reason I avoid that bank. Damn and 2 years later I cant even get a replacement bank card without them treating me like a criminal like I am.lieing they make up rules. If you have to save your time and yourself please go to the other branch which is on Hespeler Road, Everytime I go to this branch they just waste my time, not even know what they are doing. Atleast keep someone professional and knowledgeable in your branch.
