I visited the Taunton branch and they are very friendly and helped me a lot. They were entertaining my baby while I was dealing with the customer service representative Deshani, she was so nice and friendly and helped me to resolve my problem inspite there branch were closed. I really like overall environment at RBC Branch.
Waited on the phone for over 20 minutes just to get someone to help me schedule an appointment to open a savings account. The person who eventually answered gave me such a runaround that I ended up hanging up in frustration and went over to TD. Their branch has a web service that lets you schedule a meeting online. Done in thirty seconds. Good bye, RBC.
Every time i come here i need to wait too long,but this time its different Exceptional service by ryan,he hepled us with opening an account with out appointment and hassle
Don’t deal with Namratha she is extremely rude and has no manners
I had book an appointment with Namrata Brahmbhatt and she had made a mistake on the appointment but failed to notify me. I waited from 11am till 1pm for her. She didn't even have the decency to respond to my emails or calls. Wasted my whole day without even apologizing for her mistake. I been doing banking with RBC for over 15 years and this is the kind of customer service I get.
