I had book an appointment with Namrata Brahmbhatt and she had made a mistake on the appointment but failed to notify me. I waited from 11am till 1pm for her. She didn't even have the decency to respond to my emails or calls. Wasted my whole day without even apologizing for her mistake. I been doing banking with RBC for over 15 years and this is the kind of customer service I get.
There is always a long line up at this branch it is ridiculous . Worst service.
Went there last night to cash an estate cheque. They didn’t believe me that I’m the executor of my dad’s will for absolutely no reason, and told me it must be someone else and asking me who else it could be. I had to fight with them to actually check the file to see that I am. Didn’t receive an apology. So judgemental, unprofessional and insensitive.
Both times I've visited this branch the teller was super rude. Saying things under their breath. Couldn't even be bothered to hide their disdain.
