Wait time wasn't terrible and the staff was friendly and helpful
Waiting in line to do business deposits for 40 minutes is unacceptable. One teller on and the line up to the door. My time is valuable too RBC. The tellers are awesome, but who ever schedules the staff needs improvement.
Strongly recommend to consider other branches, you'll get no help there from such rude and disrespectful manager towards customers. Totally unacceptable behavior!
Worst experience at this branch ever! Not only there is always a huge line, the staff and the manager are very disrespectful. I decided to take my business somewhere else.
