Worst experience at this branch ever! Not only there is always a huge line, the staff and the manager are very disrespectful. I decided to take my business somewhere else.
I’ve banked with RBC my entire life (including for my business) and this specific branch is making me rethink that. Probably the worst staffed RBC. I have to take business deposits almost daily and i end up waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour almost every time. You’re lucky if they have 2 people working the booths and the line isn’t out the door. My business is walking distance to this location but it’s quicker for me to drive across town to a different branch to take deposits back… Whoever is in charge of staff... read more
Came here 45 mins before i have to get my kids from school, ended up being 15 mins late picking them up. 1 hour! Waiting in this banks line. Bunch of useless diversity hires that take 30 mins per transaction
Worse ever Rbc branch I have ever seen. Always short in staff and they are very slow.
