Usually a great experience with the staff at the branch in Carleton Place. Today, Mackenzie spent a lot of time working on an issue I had been having for years. She took the time dispute the fact the bank being busy. She also insisted I stay in the bank assuring the issue was resolved. Thank you Mackenzie for going above and beyond.
I’m a big fan of this branch. Every time I’ve gone in, they’ve been super helpful and kind. Just today I was in to so a tedious administrative task and the two amazing women working made my day. It’s very evident they enjoy their workplace and have fun. I like my bank even more knowing great people work there! Thank you, RBC Carleton Place!
