Never called me for my pick up. Even though it said right on the envelop to call with the phone number when it arrived. Late opening too

Twice now I have been unable to withdraw the full amount I requested (under $5,000) because the branch was “low” on cash. I was given part of the amount and directed to the ATM for the rest. The second time the atm was also out of cash. What’s the point of this place?
