Twice now I have been unable to withdraw the full amount I requested (under $5,000) because the branch was “low” on cash. I was given part of the amount and directed to the ATM for the rest. The second time the atm was also out of cash. What’s the point of this place?

Opened my account on January 24th. Have not yet received my credit card as of Feb 13th (day 12), when I asked the lady on the phone she stated the card hasn't even been set yet meaning it will takes over 20 days. I stated "I guess I'm just out of luck" the lady responded in kind. all branch workers so far have blames canada post with no resolutions in mind, no offer of avion point or anything to make up for me having to use my existing credit card for valentines day hotel stay. zero effort to fix the issue and no offer to ex... read more
