"We made an exception for you" (translation: shut up & be grateful) After emailing and calling my RBC rep for two (2) consecutive days, with no response, I came into the branch to address my small business need. (Cash out an auto-renewed GIC to pay year end business taxes -- a pretty straight forward transaction). Note: there was NO out-of-office alert on my RBC rep's email nor his voice mail.
