New Year’s Eve huge lineup - not enough staff— waiting + 100 minutes for teller
"We made an exception for you" (translation: shut up & be grateful) After emailing and calling my RBC rep for two (2) consecutive days, with no response, I came into the branch to address my small business need. (Cash out an auto-renewed GIC to pay year end business taxes -- a pretty straight forward transaction). Note: there was NO out-of-office alert on my RBC rep's email nor his voice mail. Business debit/credit cards all delayed. Check book never ordered. I don’t know how RBC does the business like this.
Spadina and Heath Forest Hill Village branch is staffed by incompetent, bureaucrats who value their time without consideration of yours. They offer platitudes such as "thank you for your patience and I understand" but they say it without conviction and offer it attempting to defuse the situation and excuse their ineptitude.
