I don't know why this branch has low rating. Sometimes people put own mistake on a bank staff. I been there for the first time and I got help in 5 min. The assistant lady was attentive and the one with initials C.D. is so sweet and kind.
The tellers were rude and provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a bank. They lacked basic knowledge and were unable to properly assist with my questions. What made the experience even more frustrating was being asked to leave a review after receiving such poor service. Very disappointing experience at this RBC branch.
I visited this RBC branch and waited for about 15 minutes while two employees stood with their backs turned, having a friendly conversation with each other. Neither of them acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. I understand that staff may be busy, but completely ignoring a customer for that long is unprofessional and leaves a very poor impression of the branch’s customer service.
