I had a good experience with them, fast service and nice staff
The manager in this branch is rude and unprofessional; I don't understand why these bunch of unprofessional people don't respect their clients. They are taking our money as a hostage in this bank and keeps screaming in our faces when we want to withdraw any amount from our accounts.
This is hands down the best RBC branch I've been too. I do agree that sometime the line can be long but both the tellers and the manager (and assistant manager) have been a total pleasure to deal with. They are always kind and accommodating and I prefer going to this branch then the one that is closer to me (spadina and lonsdale)
