They impacted my credit score by not closing my credit card properly and not fully transferring the balance on to a new credit card. Completely negligent.
These mangers here should be fired, honestly none of them know what they are doing! I wonder who hires these people! No questions were answered every person tells you different things! A bank should be a place to make your life easier these people making it harder and harder. Worst service ever
