There are never enough tellers and always a long line up. They take such a long time with each customer.

I do not recommend RBC Williams lake BC. They asked me to get my cheque certified by another bank, went to the other bank and they said they can't do that the managers call each other and certify it over the phone, I went back to RBC WL, and let the RBC branch manager know he has to call the other bank and he stated " no, I don't do that, it isn't my job", and pushed me out of the doors as the bank closed. So, to start, my family has been using this bank for many years. Never had an issue, until now. My mom went inside to ask about a cheque, took a few minutes, and came back. One of the employees were a bit nasty but other than that it was fine, my mom stayed totally calm and civil and nice. Later that day our business get a call about my mom screaming, swearing, etc. If you know my mom you’d know she’s an unbelievably generous and sweet lady and has worked with the public for years, would never do such a thing. Doesn’t even deserve one star so just pretend there isn’t any stars, they said my mom was yelling, screaming, and cussing the bank tellers out even though she wasn’t, she is currently in tears because of how upset she is as she is a very kind lady and would never treat anybody like that. She and my dad have had their banking and stuff at this place for YEARS, the fact that somebody would try and say this about my mom baffles me.
