So, to start, my family has been using this bank for many years. Never had an issue, until now. My mom went inside to ask about a cheque, took a few minutes, and came back. One of the employees were a bit nasty but other than that it was fine, my mom stayed totally calm and civil and nice. Doesn’t even deserve one star so just pretend there isn’t any stars, they said my mom was yelling, screaming, and cussing the bank tellers out even though she wasn’t, she is currently in tears because of how upset she is as she is a very kind lady and would never treat anybody like that. As a typical bank depositor with RBC, I have consistently taken measures to safeguard my online banking login information and password, never disclosing them to anyone. I also refrain from lending my electronic devices (phone and computer) to others. Despite these efforts, hackers exploit security vulnerabilities in RBC, setting traps to impersonate innocent account holders and steal money.
