The lineup can be excruciatingly long sometimes.
Tried to phone the branch to inquire about banking with RBC, got a virtual assistant on the phone, can’t speak with anyone unless you already have an RBC account.
There are never enough tellers and always a long line up. They take such a long time with each customer.
Terrible customer service
I do not recommend RBC Williams lake BC. They asked me to get my cheque certified by another bank, went to the other bank and they said they can't do that the managers call each other and certify it over the phone, I went back to RBC WL, and let the RBC branch manager know he has to call the other bank and he stated " no, I don't do that, it isn't my job", and pushed me out of the doors as the bank closed.
