Maybe all branches are like this now, but every time I come here it’s a long and bad experience. Lots of misinformation, repeated visits for simple transactions and burnt out employees. RBC needs to do better as one of the biggest financial institutions in Canada
I got help from Foram today and she was really nice, helpful, and professional! She took the time to explain things very thoroughly and made sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend Foram to anyone thinking of visiting this branch!
