Not a fan of this branch. They lost my credit card application 3x. UNBELIEVABLE. Btw this was for a $500 credit limit. They kept telling me that the application is being processed and then I checked back in with them proceeding to tell me that they don’t have anything on file and that I had to do it again multiple times. Subsequently this affected my credit score and I’m not happy.
I've been dealing with Suzanne for roughly 25 years between this branch and her previous one. She is the BEST! I have had horrible experiences at 2 other Banks that I needed to have dealing with and am always thankful for RBC.
