Trash bank. Trash Branch. Had to deal with this branch for estate related transactions. Not only are they completely incompetent to the degree of a simple “hello” to their customers, No one has a clue what they’re doing here, they have to call their 1800 number to get confirmation on everything they do and they still mess everything up with the help of the corporate doorknobs on the phone. No one at branch at 930 am !!! Writing this is 935 am. No notices ; what kind of service is this for business ???
When I call what appears to be my local branch phone number I DO NOT want to speak to an AI agent and I'm definitely not interested in being redirected to someone in Toronto trying to continually massage me into talking to them! You don't seem to get or seem to care about the value of a localized help. This is no where near what customer service should be...it's part of the reason I pulled my investments years ago and will most likely move my mortgage at renewal as well but, just keep on keepin' on.
