When I call what appears to be my local branch phone number I DO NOT want to speak to an AI agent and I'm definitely not interested in being redirected to someone in Toronto trying to continually massage me into talking to them! You don't seem to get or seem to care about the value of a localized help. This is no where near what customer service should be...it's part of the reason I pulled my investments years ago and will most likely move my mortgage at renewal as well but, just keep on keepin' on.
