Not the tellers fault but waiting 30 minutes in line and only half way there. Two tellers and about 6 'managers' sitting at their desk. Very poor personal service. Obviously they want you to self serve online. Lots of people waiting to sell you more debt. Maybe lose a few managers and hire some actual workers.
The teller at the kiosk did his absolute best to make us walk away from RBC over a minor update, but Alina stepped in, helped us amiably, and changed our minds. The experience with teller was so frustrating and rampant. She is the only reason we are banking with RBC.
Worst customer service at this RBC branch. This place feels more like a holy bar than a bank — no attention given to customers at all. Staff are unprofessional, slow, and do not care about helping people. I waited for assistance and nobody even bothered to properly respond. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very disappointing experience.
