Bank staff helpful
Not the tellers fault but waiting 30 minutes in line and only half way there. Two tellers and about 6 'managers' sitting at their desk. Very poor personal service. Obviously they want you to self serve online. Lots of people to sell you more debt. Maybe lose a few managers.
Trash bank. Trash Branch. Had to deal with this branch for estate related transactions. Not only are they completely incompetent to the degree of a simple “hello” to their customers, No one has a clue what they’re doing here, they have to call their 1800 number to get confirmation on everything they do and they still mess everything up with the help of the corporate doorknobs on the phone.
