Wrist bank and customer service I did apply for student account and they show my enrolment of verification many times to the employees but they didn’t open student account that they keep charging me monthly payment for account which is not for student they open for me different type of account also they don’t train their employees very well their employees don’t know what to do they said me my bank statement for Visa card after I cancel my account after three months and they had interest rate without letting me know about th... read more
Not a long wait. Very clean.
Worst banking experience. I just went to branch to ask them to get a minor issue resolved. Since its a joint account with my family member who is currently abroad. I was told to bring your family member from UK in person in her excellency’s presence. Even though income is coming to that account which is not accessible. Requested can i speak to manager. At the end i was asked to leave the branch.
So disappointed. Requested a simple letter stating the balance of my investment accounts with the current date. Visited the branch, and was told I would get the letter following week. A week has passed. Everytime I follow up they say it’s still in process and refuse to be of any help! Do not recommended banking with RBC anymore!
