Waiting on the line over and hour to see a bank teller. This is a joke, management needs to do better. I will be closing this account, this is not acceptable.
The level of incompetence at this branch is astounding. I've lost over $1200 in unnecessary taxes because of their mishandling of my investments. It's virtually impossible to get past their automated answering service, and emails go unanswered. If you must bank with RBC, don't do it here.
