Makes me want to switch banks because of how slow and unprofessional this location is.
Possibly the worst branch in Oshawa/Whitby area. Advisors don’t know their products, poor service and stuck up staffs
Worst customer service ever received from Debra. These people have different standards level based on client balance in the account. I don't usually come to this location and I never had an issue with an rbc to rbc check, but they wanted to put a hold on a small amount of cheque. Worst of the worst
