Very good branch to deal with, at least comparing to the fancy and shiny new in Grande Promenade (see if you can avoid that branch completely). This time was easy to deal with, as line up for tellers were getting bigger, more and more people start serving clients, very efficient and quick. Even branch manager showed up asking people in line what they are waiting for...It is a longer drive from my house than "Grande promenade" but it is worthwhile. Thank you.
Aside from the fact that there aren’t enough tellers… the people working her are not very helpful. They need to hire younger staff who at the very least know how to use a computer.
Link in the survey form kept at the teller counter was not working which is why I had to post Google review. As a Canadian bank (one of the best countries in the world), we should have the most efficient crowd management. 3 people were in the lineup and it took almost 40 minutes for me to step out of the branch and that too I just had to meet teller to ask her about tax form and US dollar exchange rate. I went here to withdraw money. Just yo verify my id July took more than 1 hour. Told me she can not give me money. Very slow and in-efficient.
This must be the slowest branch in entire Canada. Do not go into it if you need something to done in efficient manner.
