I started out having a hard time to get what I needed. But after talking and further explanation my agent gave me what I required. I fully appreciate that she was willing to compromise.
CSR’s were polite and helpful and assisted me to manage by banking matters. N.B. A 4/5 rating is a good place to start from.

They provide misleading information. I have called this branch to verify if my card has arrived and is ready for pickup. After verification, the lady ended up telling me that they are not able to provide that information and I need to bring 2 IDs. I just want to know if it is there because I don't wanna waste time and gas just to go there and ending up its not. This is the most useless RBC branch. As soon as my credit card arrives and after pick up, I will never ever use this godforsaken RBC Leduc branch ever!!!
