There's a very long line, two employees, I stood in line for 30 minutes, I had to withdraw cash for my transaction and then stand in line for another 30 minutes because of this, I was late to pick up my child from school, terrible service

Always great service at the branch. Only thing I’m not happy about, is their limited hours. But in branch service at the Erin ridge location is top notch!
I scheduled a 5 PM call today, March 7, with an RBC Advisor at the Erin Ridge branch. I received multiple reminders about the appointment, but no one called me. There was no notification or explanation about a cancellation. Disappointing experience—avoid booking with this branch.
