This branch is not properly equipped to service clients on the teller line. There are only two tellers and if there is a delay serving one, a line up develops, there is a long wait time. I was there to pick up my credit card replacement which was sent out to the branch on July 3rd. Not only was it not there but between the teller and the RBC credit card department, it took over 40 minutes to find out RBC credit card department was once again cancelling the new card, and reissuing another credit card.
