Applied for a credit card at RBC and it has been the most frustrating experience with a bank. Their online call centre is a joke so I keep having to go back and wait in line. After two visits I still can’t enrol in online banking, so I’ll need to visit a third time. It should not be this complicated. Makes me want to cancel the card before I even start using it.
After going into the branch and putting a form right in to the hands of the manager saying it will be handled right away and submitted found out a week later has not even been processed. I am only involved of RBC due to work RRSP contributions I would never bank at this financial institution or wishing upon my worst enemy totally incompetent.
