My father passed away and I have time booked off to make an appointment to handle his estate. It was booked a week in advance and they called me 4 hours before it’s scheduled time to tell me no one is available. Now I have to wait to get closure and miss more work. Ridiculous.

Visit the store at 6, The branch manager Qi has always been very helpful, whenever there is a lineup outside, he will try to come out to help and open another one or two tills to make sure fast services, everybody is finished 10 mins, thanks for his great professional services, always glad to visit his branch
They don't deserve single star ! I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this RBC Bank. When I approached them with an issue, their representatives kept giving me conflicting information, making the situation even more frustrating. The manager was hopeless, kept calling the customer homeless very unprofessional. It’s clear there is a lack of training or communication within their team. My teller was great. Young blonde haired man on the left hand side of the loooong line up. However…. May 21st, 2025-15:30 Just in the bank and a man had a small black dog, on a leash. It was a quiet dog, but the owner had let the leash drop and the dog wander wherever it wanted. After about 7 minutes of standing in line, watching this dog, it started to wander further away from the owner. I asked the owner to please hold the leash.
