I went in to make an account at 3pm waited maybe 15 minutes in the line. Told them I wanted to make an account and switch banks to RBC and they asked if I want to come back Monday I said I’d like to get it done now they gave me attitude because it seemed like they didn’t want to take the time create an account for me. They questioned why I wanted to open my account and after explaining myself they replied with “I guess if that’s what you want to do” again giving me attitude.
