RBC On My Way Branch is truly a bank branch that extends traditional Banking services in a most untraditional way to scurrying passersby on PATH, the busy underground pedestrian highway that connects the financial district of Toronto to Union station. A matter that required scheduling an appointment with a senior manager in my local branch was resolved by Robert in a matter of few minutes on my way to lunch.
