Couldn’t identified my id with driving licence for almost 45 minutes The online system is broken and it’s so frustrating
Highly recommend Edmond for his outstanding service. He takes the time to understand my needs and clearly applies the Know Your Client (KYC) process before recommending any product. He is always responsive whenever I have questions or concerns. Although the process took longer than expected, I felt reassured that he was working hard to make things right for me. I’m completely satisfied with his service.

Worse branch and very slow with the service… we kept being promised that we will get our house key on different dates and still we are waiting on it.
Poor service and was mislead by one of their representatives on a foreign currency question
