I’ve never written a google review before, but I absolutely had to. Karen went above and beyond to help me deposit 2 cheques that were crumpled BEYOND belief. I’m a total novice with the depositing system, so she patiently (and kindly!) lead me through the process. And apparently she is the branch manager too?? I really can’t say how much I appreciated the help. Karen was so passionate and determined to fix the problem. I will absolutely return to this branch if I have any other problems in the future.
