This review is for RBC online not specifically for this location. But I couldn’t find RBC online services where I can write my reviews hence picked up this site to give my feedback. I could have given zero star if possible. The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I called in for auto and home quote then after finalizing premiums and coverage they emailed me application to fill out. I recently set up my car insurance with RBC and worked directly with Alysha—hands down, one of the most helpful reps I’ve dealt with. Yes, there was a bit of a wait (around two weeks), but in the end, it was absolutely worth it. Alysha was professional, patient, and made the whole process smooth. Most importantly, she helped me lock in a cheaper rate than I was getting anywhere else. If you’re willing to wait a bit, the savings and service are worth it.
