So bad they charged me 50 dollars extra
It was my first time using RBC. I bought insurance from this branch agent. not very polite, but since some of the agents could speak Chinese, I bought the insurance here. Then, when I wanted to claim the insurance, the agent didn’t answer the phone, I tried to left the voice mail and text messages to that agent , and no responded. No one helped me with what to do. RBC's insurance department also does not have a Chinese hotline. Very bad experience, I suggest not to buy insurance from this branch.
