He provided me the options and information I needed to make an informed decision. He answered my questions with honesty and clarity, and showed that he had my best interest at heart. My dealing with RBC Insurance was a very pleasant surprise when it come to renew as I never had to re fill out forms. Scott Sinclair at the current s branch in Edmonton Alberta is what I would call great customer service he kept in touch while I was trying to to fill out forms and has a service. No AI will ever be available to replace. Set up an appointment for me that work for my working hours. I just can’t say enough about his service. A long as RBC has advisors like Scott. They will have a loyal customer.
I'm very appreciate Alan helping me have my life insurance policy renewed 2 weeks ago. RBH Insurance company had auto renewed my matured policy in Dec 2025 with terrible costing. He helped me to have pre-payment full refunded timely, and renewed with the affordable costing.
Terrible experience! Poor customer service! Do not get your insurance through RBC.
