Worst insurance doesn’t exist, I already had insurance with RBC and my profile job changed. Checked the online quote and my premium decreased by 110$ per month. Called RBC and after they updated my profile, the broker said no change in premium. Once I quoted the online quote, he said you checked that box wrong. I said ok and even after unchecking it the premium remained the same to which he said there’a a system glitch that it’s calculating premium for 8 months only. Here is my experience was with RBC insurance 3 cars 1 house my stepson is a new driver after 1 year scratched paint on bumper of another car 970 dollars to get fixed by insurance company was notified after this being with this company for 10 years plus that they would not insure any of vehicles would not even give me quote because of his accident i could get insurance on my vehicles if he was not living at home and i do understand that he is new driver and if insurance would have gone up because of that 970 dollars but compa... read more

Nothing good to say unfortunately. I was picking up a new to me car in two days so I thought it would be a good idea to arrange to get the insurance switched over. Long story short, with two days notice, 4 phone calls and a visit in person the RBC insurance branch in Saint John did nothing, literally nothing!!
