Wow! What a fantastic installation from start to finish! From our initial salesman Darren Guthrie to Paul and Keana prior to installation to the actual installation crew were great. Installer Jonathan R is THE BEST! Also his crew member Israel was such a respective young man! James finished the job with making sure I knew how to operate and clean my windows. He is making sure all the little corrections to drywall and stucco will be completed. Top notch job from all members start to finish. A+ effort and work!

I ordered my windows on March 15th 2025. I hear nothing from them until June when I received an email informing me that the windows are now complete. I then get a call telling me that there is an open permit that needs to be closed in order to schedule install. They said I needed to write up a document with the permit # saying I wanted the permit closed, have it notarized, and then send it to them. Very professional
So impressed so far with renewal by Anderson it won't be for a few months before we get our custom door and windows, but the initial consultation and sales visit was phenomenal. Alberto really knows his stuff. If every one we work with is as personable as Alberto, I'm predicting a long relationship with renewal by Anderson, as we have many more windows to eventually upgrade.
