My Ford Fusion 2012 got an amazing new stereo and a backup camera. My car had the factory premium Sony sound package that made this upgrade difficult. He helped me locate the compatible head unit and the correct conversion harness. I am very happy with the stereo the sound quality and the complete customer experience. Important Note: Order the head unit and parts from Amazon. This makes it easy to return faulty parts. I wish there was a 10 Star rating.
We took our Class C motorhome to RBA Mobile to install a new Sony head unit receiver, replacing the factory installed radio. Rafael’s service and knowledge about the installation was outstanding. He was able to get our vehicle in on the same day I dropped it off, and even though it was too large to fit in his shop, Rafael assured us he would still be able to get our vehicle done.
