Took my motorcycle there for a service and to dyno tune the bike. Helpful, knowledgeable staff happy to answer my questions and offer advice
I've been using Harley and RB Racing for many years. Just had a 20,000km (valve clearance) major service done on my 2024 Triumph Tiger 900GT Pro. I don't know what magic these guys do, but the throttle feels better than new, the quick shifter is smoother, even the cruise control feels less jerky and is now smooth. Bike actually feels better than when brand new. Thank you. Highly recommend RB Racing for any standard service too. They ain't just good at sports/track stuff.
Felt like another transaction with no love. Would have been great to get a video or photo on the dyno but didn't even get that. The job was done well, but the attention to making the customer feel warm and fuzzy was totally not there. I did receive a call back when I contacted them, however it was too late as first impressions sticks!
Thanks to Harley for setting up a set of FCR carbs on my little FZR. And previously did woolich race tools and tune on my MT09SP a few years ago. Very happy both times, thanks again.
True professionals. I brought my bike in with a fault that another shop couldn't figure out, but the team at RB Racing actually did the research to find the root cause. They found the issue within an hour, ordered the parts, and had it solved. Very welcoming team highly recommended if you want the job done right.
