This was my first time at West Ajax Dental. The office admin staff were very welcoming.The hygienist "Ghada" is very well informed and answered all my questions very patiently. She did a great job with cleaning.
I have visited West Ajax Dental a few times and I my experience with the premises has been amazing. The place is immaculate and gives off a spa-like vibes. The staff is pleasant and eager to help. On more than one occasion, front desk has assisted me with my many questions. Also, I have been attended by Ashley multiple times for dental cleaning. She is very professional and courteous. Her calm demeanor and soothing presence puts me at ease when going through the cleanup. I appreciate her!
I went here for a cleaning and wisdom tooth consultation and the experience was really good. The front desk was really kind, professional, and courteous, Ayesha was very nice to me. Gada was an excellent hygienist and went above and beyond in terms patient comfort explaining every step and consistently checking in. Dr Romic and his assistant were very courteous, patiently explaining every issue with my teeth while checking on my comfort. Definitely will return.
I’ve been going here for many years and wanted to give a shout out to Ashley, my hygienist. She is awesome, and now my whole family sees her
