They quickly collaborated with Pentair under warranty, efficiently replacing the faulty parts and getting my pool pump running again. Impressively, while the pump was down, R.B. Knot ensured my pool stayed clean with extra maintenance. Their prompt action, effective partnership with Pentair, and additional pool care during the repair highlight their exceptional service.
Where can I start! RB Knot was the only one that responded out 4 companies that I reached out for a pool pump motor replacement so that was very well appreciated. Michael scheduled me right away, and Juan, his technician, arrived the very next day to replace the motor. Thanks again for the amazing service!
