I write this review not as a customer that presented to the dealership to buy a car. I have no doubt that the salespeople are knowledgeable and fair. But I wanted to share a personal experience that reflects on the stellar character of the two gentleman that I encountered at the dealership. **Edited shortened version** I first viewed and test drove the truck on March 28, and returned on Saturday, March 29, to complete the deal. At that time, I asked sales about the motor issues and was told that they updated it and there was a fix. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent vehicle purchase and the ongoing issues I’ve encountered with this dealership. On March 31, 2025, I purchased a new GMC Sierra 1500 Denali from R.B. Fries. On May 11, the motor failed at 1188 miles.
