**Edited shortened version** I first viewed and test drove the truck on March 28, and returned on Saturday, March 29, to complete the deal. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent vehicle purchase and the ongoing issues I’ve encountered with this dealership. On March 31, 2025, I purchased a new GMC Sierra 1500 Denali from R.B. Fries. On May 11, the motor failed at 1188 miles. The salesmen at this dealership are very easy to work with and they make the car buying process as easy as it can be. I will be back when it’s time for an upgrade.
When I was in need they blew me off, Not even returning my calls. When asked to do a specific job, they neglected to do the job correctly costing me more money to fix my car….this dealership takes care of only the elite, people that have the money to buy new vehicles from them…they have no interest in helping the hard working people that just need a helping hand ….greed that’s all it is
