When I was in need they blew me off, Not even returning my calls. When asked to do a specific job, they neglected to do the job correctly costing me more money to fix my car….this dealership takes care of only the elite, people that have the money to buy new vehicles from them…they have no interest in helping the hard working people that just need a helping hand ….greed that’s all it is
Truck was in shop, I put approx,18k miles on it since we bought it here , was in for service & inspection charged almost 3k for brake service & 2 tires,also fluid changes due...called Gmc customer service recently to see why this truck is having issues ..stabilitrak issues, ABS issues & there are 2 recalls good to 150k ,I was told it's been completed..at RbF...possible, but brake problems still exist, hard breaking extending length of stopping distance..abs & stabilitrak again a problem with this vehicle.......update 9/13/24... read more

GMC truck multiple issues with transmission costing thousands of dollars after having transmission service lines loose couple weeks after having serviced.Had truck in multiple times for check engine light outdoor ambient air sensor seems like each time they reset codes at 400 bucks stating loose wire quoted 9000 for new transmission. Buyer be ware!
