Did not properly secure the load while traveling down the highway. Numerous cars, including my own, were hit with hundreds of rocks. I reached out to the company, but their voicemail box is full. I have a video of the incident in question as well, with visuals and audio of the rocks hitting my car.
Rusty will stand by his work. He will do his best to make a situation right if he can.
