Staff is very pleasant and caring about your privacy. Doctor cares about your health. Asks alot of questions about your health. Listens to your questions and does not rush you out. This is a doctor that really cares about his patients.
Had teleconference as Dr. S was filling in for my doctor today. Appointment was very promptand conference was exceptional. The doctor listened to my concerns and acted quickly and efficiently. Mary Kay in the office was great too. Straight A’s all around.
Very personable. Takes the time to understand your problems. Does not rush you.
I am a fairly new patient of the doctor. I feel relaxed speaking to him about my problems, when I asked him questions about my health he answered them in terms that I can understand. It's very important to me that I can speak to him As another human being . He also has a great staff working with him. He is hopefully my Doctor for life.
I really like Dr. Shamsedeen. He takes time with me and answers all my questions.
