I want to give a huge shoutout to Razorweld and especially Rich. I have been fighting intermittent issues with my plasma cutter. Rich took the time to listen, work through the symptoms with me, and actually diagnose the problem instead of just blaming consumables or passing the buck. I have to thank Richie Sather for the excellent friendly service he assisted me with! He was very helpful and gave me how to and where to answers. Now I feel more confident to use the Razorweld machine!
Picked up an older 195 model in a trade deal. Didn't want to weld right. I was referred to Mat Dickenson and Richie Sather at Razorweld from a manufacturer in China. I am 1,100 miles from their Washington operation and they were able to solve my problem and get me on the right track to get my discontinued welder up and running. These guys got me back welding on finishing projects. It is great to have people like this helping me take care of business. They are the best.
