Richie Sather at Jasic Technologies may be the best customer service person I've ever dealt with. We had a problem with our plasma cutter and he patiently and methodically led us to the solution. Great customer service, including dozens of emails back and forth trying to help us get back in business.
As a Welder for over 35 years, I need to take a minute to praise a gentleman that went above and beyond to help me out! Richie was wonderful and probably one of the best customer service experience I ever had. He helped solve my problem extremely fast. The drivers who haul trailers need to figure out how to drive, you can’t park in a small parking lot and take up 5 spaces to the business you don’t even go into and then takes 30 mins to try and get out of the parking lot backwards while blocking cars in spaces and traffic from a drive through
Richie was awesome he was very patient and helped me resolve my issue with my cnc plasma machine has amazing customer service skills and took the time to cover all things that could be wrong with it till we found a solution five stars all the way
