Picked up an older 195 model in a trade deal. Didn't want to weld right. I was referred to Mat Dickenson and Richie Sather at Razorweld from a manufacturer in China. I am 1,100 miles from their Washington operation and they were able to solve my problem and get me on the right track to get my discontinued welder up and running. These guys got me back welding on finishing projects. It is great to have people like this helping me take care of business. They are the best.
My son bought a plasma and we had a little trouble getting it set up. Richie was very patient with me (I know nothing about plasma cutters) and helped us get it going. I appreciated his quick responses and all of his help! Would definitely buy another Razorweld just for the customer service!!

We are a long time customer of Razorweld products, the razorweld 45 for our CNC table from Langmuir has done impressive cutting through the years in business so we looked to upgrade to the 80amp razorweld plasma cutter with J100XCM machine torch, first time with the service department and I tell you what richie runs a tight ship, very knowledgeable and directed us to the products that would best fit our practice’s.
