Best place in Berlin for sure hands down they have fixed multiple messed up haircuts ask for Jan super nice lady she can even fix a messed up haircut definitely recommend it not related and not affiliated just enjoy very good service nice people

Very happy with the service and the result!
I’m very forgiving for most stuff, but having a sign that says walk ins welcome, then when I walked in this place, I was told we’re booked. Ok cool, but not following up with booking an appointment for any future times is disappointing or even explain to call ahead which I do assume but it’s false advertising right now. And the place had 1 customer just walking in at the time so it wasn’t particularly busy.
