The best place in town to receive a precision cut that moves when you walk. I went to Billy for years for a rock n roll cut that made me look and feel like a true rock star. Now with the look returning to layers I tried him again and I was not disappointed. He has the best scene of humor and will have you in stiches before you leave. I loved my hair and felt like I had just left an afternoon with an old friend.
