Service felt rushed and impersonal. Hair was cut dry without proper preparation, and no styling product was offered at the end, which made the overall experience feel incomplete.
Pete was excellent and the service was superb!
Can’t say enough about Smitty and this shop. Highly recommend. Been getting my hair cut here since moving to Cambridge 3 years ago.
