Moved to RazorBox after my previous storage provider kept raising rates on my units, nickel and diming me to death. Razorbox staff assured me they don't do that...Got a good deal on a couple of units and ended up with a total of 4 by the time it was all said and done. Fast forward a couple years down the road to 2 weeks ago...Got a series of emails saying they are raising the rent on all of my units...2 of which they raised by 80%! No thanks. Love the RV parking and the price is right.
We have used this storage facility for almost 2 years for indoor and outdoor storage as well as a parking space for our RV. The staff are fantastic, the units are clean and the facility is tidy and well kept. We will, however, be moving all of our items to a different storage facility as Razorbox has chosen to "incrementally increase" their fees by 80% !!! That is not an incremental increase.
