Went here 20 years ago. However, the top flight in 2025 has a back stop (not the tread, the part that is vertical between treds) is missing. It held, but I'm not sure I would climb this one until stairs renewed. Change machine (don't know if it works) and 4 quarters per person turnstile.
If a board breaks you'd be completely strewed ! They are thin with screws for the support! The top level sways ALOT
Super cool and great view! But a little scary/sketchy if you're un-easy about heights. Definitely worth the $1 per person to go up. If in the area, stop by and check it out.
