Our brand new car (less than 600 miles on it) now has thousands of scratches in the clear coat after going through this car wash.
I'm sorry for your concern and experience, but this is not true we dont denie claim unless we can actually see them on the camera and we give you the option to come inside the office and look at the video for yourself, with the capabilities that we have we can see any scratches, so if you claim was denied it was because there was already scratches on your hood, and on that note our brushes are soft and not ruff or hard. I would be glad to let anybody that has a concern fill them.
DO NOT go here! I went through the car wash and my hood is completely scratched up now. Manager said he has to deny my claim because the video is really hard to see.
