Razor does not stand behind their product. I have owned many Razor products, I encountered a slight problem with my latest Razor DLX (Red). One of the casters is not smooth turning, meaning when you rotate the caster 360 degrees, it will stop at 180 and then you feel friction. The wheel + bearing is also not positioned correctly (it should be centered) to allow smooth gliding. *Buyer Beware* - I had read several reviews stating that the Crazy Kart DLX (deluxe) was arriving with a 2014 battery that did not work. I thought that was isolated to ordering from Amazon or other retailers, so I decided to order directly from Razor's website. This was a present for my son's birthday. We charged it the required 12 hours for first use and gave it to him as a gift at his birthday party, only to find out that it didn't work. I received a replacement hovertrax 2.0 from razor because my son's previous hoverboard broke. The replacement piece ruined my floors by leaving black marks all over my wood floors and carpet/rug. The previous hoverboard never once did that to my floors and we had it for quite some time. I called to complain to Razor and spoke with several reps and Joanne **** who claims to be a manager.
