Excellent service! I took them our entire knife collection including a mix of Japanese and Western knives: Miyabis, Global Forged, Chroma and Henckels. These hadn’t been sharpened since the pandemic so they were very dull. They came out sharper than new and importantly sharpened at an appropriate bevel for the Japanese knives. I plan to return regularly for edge maintenance.
Highly recommend Razor Sharp in NC. I brought in my Shark Fin shears after they suddenly caught mid-cut and completely stopped cutting at the tips.
