Joined recently and this is exactly the gym I was looking for. Sheboygan is really lucky to have this gem of a gym. I'm not a big fan of big box gyms but lots of times they're the only option. This gym has everything you need for everyday lifters, powerlifters, and bodybuilders. Plenty of power racks, dumbells heavier than you'll probably need, and great classic pieces of equipment. Group classes, personal training, nutrition coaching and supplements. They have it all, and I do all of it! Steve and Karen are World Class in fitness training and nutrition. In my 4th year here my body has reaped the rewards but what’s priceless is what’s happened in my mind. When I say “I can’t” Steve says, “Did you try?” I do, and then succeed.
