A great place to go for all your wet shaving needs. They carry a lot of brands and manufacturers as well as their own brand of shaving supplies that they make in house. The staff is great. They are super helpful and friendly. If you’re in Phoenix you should definitely stop in. If you’re somewhere else in the world check out their website.
Arrived in Phoenix for training and forgot my shaving soap. Looked up in google maps and found this place. Helpful staff got me situated with a great shaving soap and a balm to finish. Went back again to stock up on supplies before I went home. Everyone is incredibly helpful - customer service is top-notch! Definitely try their in house shave products. What an incredible experience! As a big fan of their YouTube channel, visiting the physical Razor Emporium store in Phoenix was a true highlight of my trip from Europe. The amazing customer service started earlier this week when DJ sent a quick, welcoming email confirming they had the Personna GEM blades in stock and inviting me to come down and 'smell the soaps.' Very happy I stopped in. I know they're primarily and e-commerce store but, it's so much nicer to ask questions in person. They are super friendly and nice.
I'm going to give them a bad review on every forum I can, they deserve it. They advertised a " Brass Vintage Razor" on ebay that Included a few brass looking containers. I ordered it and was shocked when I opened the box. The razor and containers was brass colored TIN that felt like plastic and looked like toys from Temu. It was such cheap garbage, they would snap in half if I tried and would be an insult for even Dollar Tree to sell. I've owned over 50 razors in my lifetime, so I know what quality is.
