This office has just reached the RIDICULOUS STATE!! they called and canceled my husbands appointment today the day of his appointment stating they no longer do phone appointments for ppo insurance holders!! No reason just they won't do it anymore AND they knew this a month ago yet failed to tell us and verified his teleappointment 2 weeks ago!! So the doctor my mother sees here is amazing don’t get me wrong I adore her doctor he’s been so amazing through thick and thin with her and I wouldn’t dream of leaving her doctor. But the blood dressing process is ridiculous. They are only open 8-11 and she takes maybe one blood draw an hour. Every time I’ve brought my mother here it’s taken over an hour for her to be taken back for blood to be drawn and both times with only one patient ahead of her. It’s ridiculous. The physicians are pretty good. I prefer some over others, but the front office staff are awful. They never send in appropriate amounts of information to get referrals, prior authorizations, and medications. They claim they do stuff but when you talk to the insurance company they have no records of it happening. It is a regular occurrence across multiple insurances so I am inclined to believe it is the office staff. Do not use this if you're a veteran. If you need community care and use the VA use someone else. The actual doctors visit is great the physicians are pretty damn good. The problem occurs with getting the medication. They will ignore when the VA asks to send them more information and if you call and ask for them to help out they will say yeah we can handle it and just not handle it.
