Unacceptable behavior. The doctor ignored communication and then raised his voice at the patient. This is not how a medical professional should act. Lack of responsiveness combined with disrespectful treatment makes this a very negative experience. I strongly advise others to think twice before coming here.
Now I see why this place has so many negative reviews. The doctor was rude, impatient, and even yelled while other patients were present. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a medical setting. There is a serious lack of professionalism and basic respect here. I would strongly advise others to go somewhere else.
My experience was very disappointing. The appointment felt rushed and lacked any real attention to my concerns. There was little effort to explain things clearly or to make sure I understood the situation. I left feeling unheard and unsure about the next steps, which is the opposite of what a patient should feel after a visit. Overall, the level of care and professionalism did not meet basic expectations.
With Dr. Razi I had a very bad experience. The doctor did not respond when needed and showed a lack of basic communication. Even worse, he yelled at the patient, which is completely unprofessional and inappropriate in a medical setting. Patients deserve respect and proper care—this doctor failed on both.
