This office refused to see he. I have A++++ insurance, a referral from my GP, and have been in active constant pain for months. What kind of Medical Doctor is this? I have been waiting for weeks to get an appointment and I was just told I will not be seen. No actual reason. I now have to find an actual gastroenterologist to see me and help me with my GI pain.
My Dr. sent a referral to this dept almost 3 wks ago & have never heard back from them, so last week I called them & office staff said Dr. hadn't reviewed my report from when I was in ER (admitted for level 10 stomach pain) & was told I would get a call this wk. Apparently this Dr. Is only Dr. Serving ALL OF NORTHERN CA! HOW ARE PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO GET HELP!??
Dr Artifuddin did my endoscopy and colonoscopy today. I was very nervous as this was my first time for either procedure. He was very kind and caring. Also, very professional, and made me feel very confident. For myself, I would highly recommend him. The whole experience was as good as could be expected! And his staff did an amazing job as well. Made me feel very comfortable.
