⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience with Kathy! She took the time to do a thorough consultation, really listened to my concerns, and offered thoughtful recommendations based on what I wanted. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated her honesty and expertise. My cut and color turned out beautifully and have held up so well. Kathy is clearly passionate about what she does, and it shows in the results!
