We purchased a chlorinator less than two years ago for $2800, including installation. Everything seemed fine until the water flow indicator turned red. Upon inspection, they discovered cracks and wear, and recommended replacing the entire system. When we inquired about the warranty, we were told there would be charges for uninstalling and sending it to the supplier, with no guarantee that the warranty would even cover the issue. Returned home after a trip from overseas. My mother ( who was sick with a terminal illness) told me she had engaged Razco to install a new outdoor spa. Concerned about the apparent lack of progress they had made I engaged Razco to see if they could give me an update. 6 months of back and forth ensued with sporadic, under-skilled workers eventually showing up late, and appearing to be doing nothing.
