Absolutely terrible. I was in 13k, and not had even been to a trial. Did a 30 min talk twice with lawyer. Reached out MULTIPLE times with getting no response (but I’m sure charged for reading my email) . Had begun settlement talks with my wife and asked them to draft it up, was told she would be reaching out and a month passed and she never reached out And opportunity to settle passed. When I hired this attorney, I was hopeful that she had the experience and backbone to stand up to the opposing counsel, who was known to be very aggressive. Unfortunately, when the opportunity arose to take charge and push for resolution, I don't believe she stepped up as needed.
