July6th I dropped my bike off for a rebuild and paid upfront 754.00 for parts and labor, on 7/29 I picked up my bike unfinished bc he closed his shop down on 7/31. I asked for parts he didn't have them said he would have to find them. He had the bike for 3 weeks and not only didn't fix it before his shop closed and he didn't provide me with parts when I picked it up NOR a refund if my money.
