Of all the different service companies we’ve dealt with in our 18 years of living in Kitchener and Waterloo Region, what stands out most is the difficulty we’ve had with tree services, about six of them, mostly not showing up when they said they would, skipping or delaying appointments without warning, explanation or apology.
