Of all the different service companies we’ve dealt with in our 18 years of living in Kitchener and Waterloo Region, what stands out most is the difficulty we’ve had with tree services, about six of them, mostly not showing up when they said they would, skipping or delaying appointments without warning, explanation or apology. Their work, when they finally did it, was OK but not anything to write home about. We needed a dead limbs on a mature Locust tree removed. It was delicate work over our patio deck and over several Japanese Maples. They were able to skillfully remove the limbs with no damage to the deck or maples.
